The First Floor – "Reverse living" consists of three bedrooms and one bath. The 2 back bedrooms have a bay view, one with a private deck. A third smaller room hosts stacked bunks.
The Second Floor – "Get-away den" or family room for couples or kids. This is you can relax to music, TV, hang out on the deck or just get away from the parents upstairs.
The Third Floor – Kitchen, dining room, living room. Ascend the ½ bath to a traditional kitchen which boasts a majestic sand appearance atop cognac spice cabinets and complimentary metallic appliances.
Separated by a spacious countertop peninsula is the "shore" look everywhere. Maple hardwood floors govern the golden hues that reflect sky colored furniture in the open concept living/dining room.
